Don was born Los Angeles. His family owned a small grocery store, so he has learned how to  manage shop since his childhood. Don graduated from Los Angeles City College where he studied Economics and Finance. He started his career as a clerk in Walmart, then as a junior manager in Seattle Wholesale Grocery Company, where he has worked 5 years until Don joined Naturio.
